To request an audio recording from a Marshall County Court proceeding, complete this secure online form and submit your request. If you do not have an account with TheRecordXchange, you will be prompted to create one as you complete your request. Once available, recordings can be accessed in a streaming format or via download. You must be signed into your account to access the audio. Recordings are made available at a cost of $35 per hearing date.
Digital audio recordings are made from the original master recording of a court proceeding and are available for verification of testimony only. Recordings are not certified for court use and may not be used as the official court record in place of an official transcript. Duplication or broadcast of digital audio recordings is strictly prohibited. VIOLATIONS of this prohibition is subject to contempt proceedings and incarceration.
The Court aims to provide your requested audio promptly. However, there may be unexpected delays in making the content available for review. If your request is urgent, you can let the Court know by posting a message in the messages tab of your TRX Request.
